Opportunity House’s Community Employment Service
helps persons with
disabilities find and keep jobs in our community. Job
Coaches work with
individuals and local business to match the person to a
job in a competitive
environment. Services include;

Applying for a job, completing applications,
building a resume

Interviewing skills
-
On-the-job training and coaching
-
On-going support as needed
Job coaches work with the employer and the employee to resolve any
performance issues to ensure that the job is done right. As
the job is learned,
coaching is faded until the individual is doing the job
independently.
