The Work Service program offers persons with developmental disabilities the
opportunity to learn job skills while earning a
paycheck. Skills learned in Work
Service include;
Individuals are employed by OH Industries and develop general work skills
while performing a variety of jobs including;

Packaging

Shrink wrapping

RF sealing

Labeling
-
Inspection
-
Material handling
-
Quality control
The “learn and earn” structure of Work Service
provides a source of income
while skills needed for community employment are developed.
A variety of
non-work activities that build on the skills learned through
work are offered to
individuals who are unable to perform available jobs.
