Home-Based Support Services (HBSS) funding can be used at Opportunity House. From personal support provided in the home to programs such as supported employment and developmental training, HBSS funds can be used to purchase a variety of needed support and services.

Opportunity House offers Service Facilitation to individuals with HBSS funding. A Service Facilitator helps arrange needed services from qualified providers and assists with required forms and documents. Service facilitation includes:
- Service planning and monitoring
- Provider recruitment
- Assistance with forms and documentation for personal support workers
- Advocacy regarding benefits and services
Service Facilitation helps HBSS funded individuals navigate the provider network, locate needed services, and complete provider enrollment forms.
