COMMUNITY INTEGRATED LIVING ARRANGEMENTS (CILA)
Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA), provide 24 hour supervision and support while addressing the unique needs, preferences, and abilities of the individual. Opportunity House operates eight CILA homes in the DeKalb/Sycamore area where up to eight individuals live in an environment that encourages growth and independence. Our CILA homes are licensed by the Department of Human Services.

COMMUNITY LIVING FACILITY (CLF)
Opportunity House also operates a 16-bed Community Living Facility (CLF) licensed by the Department of Public Health. Though a larger setting, the CLF offers the same individualized services of a CILA, enabling individuals to integrate into the community to the fullest extent possible through access to community resources, employment, and social activities.
