Community Support
Opportunity House offers Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) services to individuals in the area who live with family or in their own home or apartment.
The Community Integrate Living Arrangement – Family (CILA-F) program is offered to individuals living in the family home. Services are provided on a scheduled basis and supplement the natural family environment. Individualized programs of service and support are designed to maximize independence in activities of daily living.
The Community Integrated Living Arrangement – Intermittent (CILA-I) program offers individuals who live in their own home or apartment the support they need to maintain their independence. Up to 15 hours a week of in-home services are provided and include:

- Medication management
- Medical appointments and follow-up
- Menu planning, shopping and meal preparation
- Community safety
- Accessing community resources
