We aim to successfully place people in community jobs. We work with employers to match their work needs with individuals who can meet those needs, and we work with job seekers to identify realistic work goals based on interests, skills, and experience, and match those to a job.
Once a job has been found, on-the-job coaching is provided by experienced staff until the individual is performing all aspects of the job independently and to the employer’s satisfaction. Continuing support is available as needed. |

Opportunity House would like to extend our thanks to all the businesses who make the Supported Employment Program what it is today. We are extremely grateful for the employment you provide for the people we serve. Thank you for hiring inclusively!
